At the top of the hill stands a very large farmhouse dating from the 18th century, featuring original ceilings and fully renewed roofs. The property requires restoration and would be ideally suited to become an elegant main residence.

The estate is currently dedicated to wine production. Given the beauty and scale of the setting, it would be ideal to complement the agricultural activity with hospitality and tourism, for example, by developing a “widespread hotel” (albergo diffuso).
